They acknowledge that the manager-employee relationship is the most vital driver of interaction and natural development, and they approach the task of raising interaction with the same rigor, self-control, and commitment that they come close to other company troubles.

The bright side is that most of Europeans are disengaged yet not dissatisfied. They are sitting on the sidelines, waiting to be influenced. They are winnable, and firms can repair this space by far better furnishing their managers with the knowing and development they need to be much better people supervisors.
